In an example of Excellent Judgment, the honorable judges awarded the coveted Hindquarters of a Gilded Donkey award to Pap's Blue Ribbon chili, concocted by Jason C, brother of Sidonie. Jason is still not sure exactly how judges arrive at their decisions.
